I accept any state issued drivers license, state issued I.D, Passport, and TWIC Card. LA Wallet is also accepted. A photo of your ID in your phone is not accepted.

Yes. The person who is signing the document must appear before and sign the document in the presence of the notary.

Wills prepared from online sources will not be notarized. Only wills prepared by attorneys or me, Notary, will be notarized. Please ask for more information.

Yes. Occassionally, I have someone that can act as a witness or I have people I can hire to come in to witness. Please call to inquire about witnesses.
